Do you have an app?
No – our VIP clients prefer speaking directly to a knowledgeable professional who can handle complex itineraries, security details, and last-minute changes instantly.
Pricing & Payments
How is pricing determined?
We give estimated price at that time. The rate for services is $100 per hour, pricing ahead of the trip is an estimated price based on the estimated travel time, actual price of the service may vary depending on traffic conditions of the actual trip. No meters, no surprises. Rates are based on vehicle type, distance/time, and any special requests.
Are gratuity, tolls, or airport fees included?
Your quote includes everything except optional gratuity (appreciated but never required) and any tolls/parking actually incurred on your trip.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, corporate billing, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. Invoices available for business accounts.

What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our primary vehicle is a Lexus TC 350, we have other luxury vehicles at our disposal if the need requires.
What amenities are included?
Complimentary bottled water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, newspapers, privacy partitions, and climate control. Child seats and additional requests available at booking.
Airport Transfers
Do you track flights?
Yes – always provide your flight number and we monitor it in real time.
No waiting fees for delays when we have your flight details.
Where do you meet me at the airport?
Domestic arrivals: curbside (we text when we’re ready)
International & private aviation: personalized meet-and-greet inside with signage
We coordinate daily with Secret Service and diplomatic security when required
Special Events & Hourly Service
Do you offer hourly/as-directed service?
Absolutely – perfect for weddings, proms, city tours, or multi-stop business days.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes – shopping, dinner, photos, nightlife – your chauffeur stays with you the entire time.
Do you decorate vehicles for weddings or birthdays?
Yes! Just let us know your color scheme or theme when booking.
Safety & Policies
Are your chauffeurs background-checked?
Every driver passes a high level level criminal background checks, drug testing, and ongoing random screens.
What are your COVID/sanitization procedures?
Hospital-grade disinfection between every trip, hand sanitizer on board, and optional masks available.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 24 hours: no charge
Less than 24 hours: 50% of base fare
Less than 2 hours or no-show: full fare
(Exceptions always made for flight cancellations – just notify us)
